10K road race & 1.4 mile Fun Run and walk.

The Stonington 6 kicks off the island’s July 4th celebration. This fundraiser for the Island Community Center runs through downtown Stonington out through Sand Beach Road and back towards town on 15a for 10k of terrific scenery, rolling hills and bucket loads of racing fun. Fun for all ages. This includes a Fun Run category and a walking category that may mean less miles but certainly not less fun. This year race co-founder Nat Barrows will start the race.

RACE TIMES
Walkers will leave at 7:00 am
Runners will leave at 7:30 am

BIB PICK UP
Beginning at 6:30 am at the Island Community Center gym at 6 Memorial Lane, Stonington
