Winterfest begins with Men’s Health Overhaul at 7:00am at Island Family Medicine, Airport Road, Stonington. Winterfest at Deer Isle-Stonington Elementary School (DISES) begins at 10:00am with ongoing fun family-friendly activities and showcase of community organizations. Additional happenings throughout DISES include Winterfest Cribbage Tournament, Climbing Wall, Learn to Dance, Lunch served by Edible Island, and much more! Events in Stonington begin at 2:00pm with Pickleball at the Island Community Center, followed by a free family movie at Stonington Opera House, Fireworks over the Stonington Ball Field, and a WinterFest Dance with “Along for the Ride” at Stonecutter’s Kitchen.
