Don’t miss The Legislative Week Ahead this week!

Legislature is entering into the next phase of their work as committee work wraps up. Legislative session moves from three days a week to five days a week starting next week. The Energy, Utilities and Technology committee will hear LD 1610, An Act To Protect Privacy of Online Customer Personal Information, this week. In response to federal action, this bill deals with internet privacy and advertising and the definition of privacy.
